Erlun Jiamei Bakery has been operating for more than fifty years since the owner, Liao Xianshun. The town residents were so used to smelling the green onion bread & red bean bread coming out of the oven in the old time. The happiness smell accompanied many Erlun children when them growing up.

二崙佳美餅舖由創辦人廖顯順營運超過50多年,早期經過店門口,都能聞到香蔥麵包、紅豆麵包出爐的味道,陪伴著許多二崙囝仔成長。

The store's signature cookie- "Wu Rensu"(伍仁酥) won the "Top Ten Souvenir ´of Yunlin County" in 2013, and their "Champion Cookie"(狀元餅) also won the "Top Ten Souvenir of Yunlin County" in 2014. These are great tastes certified by the Yunlin County government! 

佳美餅舖的招牌商品-伍仁酥榮獲2013年雲林十大伴手禮、狀元餅更榮獲2014年雲林十大伴手禮,是雲林縣府認可的好味道!

The "Champion Cookie" uses local Xiluo duck egg yolk, green bean paste, white Jack-bean paste, and longan bean paste, adding the dried longan of the Dugu Kozao from the Fengshuhu tribe in the Douliu Hushan community and also hand-stir braised pork. The best part is that the tender texture of braised pork grease will go into the bean paste after the appropriate heating procedure. It tastes mildly sweet and smooth. You also can smell the different layers of savory aroma when you bite the cake. It's a shop that insists on making food with an elaborate process that brings an unforgettable flavor aftertaste.

狀元餅使用西螺在地鴨蛋黃、綠豆沙、白豆沙和桂圓豆沙,加上斗六市湖山社區楓樹湖部落的度咕叩灶龍眼乾以及手工拌炒的滷肉。此外,滷肉中的油脂,在適度加熱後會透到豆沙餡中,吃起來順口,不會太乾澀,也更能吃出豆沙的清香,味覺層次豐富、餘味十足,製作絕不馬虎!
